2 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon maple syrup
butter for frying and extra the toast
Beat the egg, milk and maple syrup. Coat the bread. Fry. Put a bit of butter on the toast. Done.
#1 and #2 polished it off and gave it thumbs up!
